Is all programming anathema to humanists, poets, and right-brain thinkers? Or can it be used to find new patterns in texts, poems, artworks and culture? In this 2-part workshop, taught by a humanist trained in computational analysis, we will overview the fundamentals of Python from a humanistic point of view, and then apply what we've learned to a few specific problems of text analysis.
