This is a step-by-step, practical demonstration of how to prepare your research code, notebooks, and data for computationally reproducible publication. Participants will move through best practices for organizing their files, preparing their code for reuse, documentation, and submitting their code and data to share using Code Ocean. Examples of published reproducible code across disciplines will be highlighted, focussing on Python and Jupyter notebooks. Participants should bring a laptop if they wish to follow along.
